Well here's my first blog, and unfortunately, it has a bit of a political theme to it, which I know most of you will automatically think bollocks to, but it's important, so bear with it.

Recently there's been a lot of discussion on photography forums and pieces in photography magazines around the laws that govern photography in public places, and the harassment of photographers by members of the public, police officers, and vigilante security guards.
There's been cases of verbal abuse, physical abuse bordering on assault, and even cases of equipment being confiscated and/or images being deleted/film being taken.
